目的 根据机组式凹印机色组控制操作方便、快捷的功能需求,文中设计一款基于ARM的嵌入式色组人机界面系统。方法 在剖析电子轴控制系统结构组成的基础上,分析色组人机界面系统功能需求,提出基于ARM的嵌入式人机界面系统总体方案。利用Altium Designer软件对人机界面系统的硬件电路进行设计,利用Keil C软件对人机界面系统的软件进行开发,并对其性能进行实验研究。结果 经实验可知,人机界面系统具备显示、触摸操作、数据管理等功能,且触摸精度小于5个像素。结论 实验结果表明,文中设计的嵌入式人机界面系统可以满足机组式凹印机色组控制操作的要求。 |

The work aims to design an embedded color group human-machine interface (HMI) system based on ARM to meet the functional demand of controlling gravure printing machine color group conveniently and quickly. On the basis of studying the structure of shaft-less drive control system, the functional demand of the color group HMI system was analyzed and the overall scheme of the embedded HMI system based on ARM was proposed. Altium Designer was used to design the hardware circuits of HMI system. Then, Software Keil C was applied to develop the software of HMI system, of which the performance was studied experimentally. Through experiment, the HMI system was verified to have display, touch and data management functions, and the touch accuracy was less than 5 pixels. The experimental results show that the embedded HMI system designed can meet the operational requirements of color group in gravure printing machine. |
