      目的 为了缩小印刷设备VOCs集气空间,提高VOCs集气效率,节约企业排废成本。方法 以实验室现有四开双色印刷机为基础建立印刷机的三维模型,利用印刷滚筒等回转部件、墙板之间连接梁等固定连接件,以及两侧墙板上空白地方增加墙板孔作为吸气源头,将机器前后护罩的密封措施加以改进,与两侧墙板之间形成完全密封状态,使VOCs的集气空间完全限制在机器内部。结果 可将此机器的VOCs的集气空间由原来机器上方加罩方式下的18 m3集气空间,限制在2 m3以内,至少可减少无用集气量85%。再扣除机器内部零部件所占用的空间,无用集气空间还可进一步减少。结论 若用该集气技术对印刷机等类似包装印刷设备进行技术改造,则为此所配置的VOCs处理设备功率可大幅度下降。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to reduce the VOCs gas collection space of printing equipment, improve the efficiency of VOCs gas collection, and save the cost of enterprise waste discharge. Based on the existing four open two-color printing presses in laboratory, a three-dimensional model of the printing press was built with rotary parts such as the printing roller, fixed fittings, connection between the wall and beams, and the blank place on both sides of the wall to increase the wallboard hole as inspiration source. The seal measures before and after shield machine were improved to form a sealed state with wall plates on both sides. The VOCs air collection space was completely limited in the machine. The VOCs air collection space of the machine can be limited to 2 cubic meters from the 18 cubic meters under the cover mode above the original machine, which can reduce the useless air collection volume by more than 85% at least. After deducting the space occupied by the internal parts of the machine, the useless gas collecting space can be further reduced. If the gas collecting technology is used to carry out technical transformation on the printing press and other similar packaging printing equipment, the power of the VOCs processing equipment configured for this purpose can be greatly reduced.
