      目的 研究以复杂网状孔隙结构蛋壳膜为模板的疏水材料制备过程及性能,以期综合利用废弃蛋壳开发特定结构材料。方法 通过浸渍法使蛋壳膜表面稳定负载二甲基硅油和纳米聚四氟乙烯颗粒,经干燥后得到疏水材料。利用静态接触角表征了材料的疏水性能,并对材料成功负载进行红外及能谱表征。对材料的表观结构,进行扫描电镜及原子力显微镜测试。结果 SEM和AFM测试表明,材料具备纳米级粗糙表面,符合Cassie-Baxter疏水机制,在聚四氟乙烯纳米粉与二甲基硅油的质量比为2∶10时,浸渍24 h,接触角可达147°。结论 利用蛋壳膜结构可制备疏水材料,浸渍法简单可行,浸渍液中成分的配比、浸渍时间决定了材料的疏水性能。

      The membrane of egg shell has complex fiber network pore structure, which can be used as a template to develop specific structural materials. In order to make full use of waste eggshell, hydrophobic materials were prepared by using eggshell membrane as template. The surface of eggshell membrane was loaded with dimethyl silicone oil and nano PTFE particles by impregnation method, and the hydrophobic material was obtained after drying. The static contact angle was used to characterize the hydrophobicity of the material, and the successful loading of the material was characterized by FTIR and EDS. The apparent structure of the material was tested by SEM and AFM. SEM and AFM tests show that the material has nano scale rough surface, which conforms to the Cassie-Baxter hydrophobic mechanism. The contact angle can reach 147° when the mass ratio of PTFE nano powder to dimethyl silicone oil is 2∶10 and the immersion time is 24 h. Hydrophobic materials can be prepared by eggshell membrane structure. The impregnation method is simple and feasible. The hydrophobic properties of the materials depend on the ratio of components in the impregnation solution and the impregnation time.
