      目的 为快速精确获取纸塑复合袋纠偏过程中的位置偏移和倾角信息,提出一种基于改进Hough变换的纸塑复合袋视觉定位算法。方法 首先通过大津法对平台上的纸塑复合袋图像进行分割,去除皮带部分;然后利用基于方差的差异化滤波方法对纸塑复合袋图像进行降噪处理,突出复合袋图像边缘;最后运用Canny算子获取纸塑复合袋边缘点,利用改进的Hough变换算法对纸塑复合袋4条边线进行直线提取,求解纸塑复合袋的中心位置和倾角。结果 改进算法在直线提取精度和耗时2个方面均优于传统Hough变换算法,获取纸塑复合袋位置和倾角只需0.335 s,耗时减少了76%。结论 改进算法的耗时满足纠偏定位要求。

      In order to quickly and accurately obtain the position offset and inclination information of the paper-plastic composite bag during the correction process, this paper proposes a paper-plastic composite bag visual positioning algorithm based on improved Hough transform. First, the paper-plastic composite bag image on the platform was segmented by the Otsu method to remove the belt part; then the paper-plastic composite bag image was denoised by the variance-based differential filtering method to highlight the edge of the composite bag image; finally, the Canny calculation was used to obtain the edge points of the paper-plastic composite bag, and the improved Hough transform algorithm was used to extract the four edges of the paper-plastic composite bag as a straight line to solve the center position and inclination of the paper-plastic composite bag. The improved algorithm was superior to the traditional Hough transform algorithm in terms of line extraction accuracy and time-consuming. It only took 0.335 s to obtain the position and inclination of the paper-plastic composite bag, which reduced the time consumption by 76%. Therefore, the time consumption of the improved algorithm meets the requirements of deviation correction and location.
