      目的 探究碳纤维含量对提升PP发泡材料力学性能的促进作用,并探究偶氮二甲酰胺和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯含量对该包装材料力学性能的影响,提高PP发泡包装材料的力学性能,扩大其应用领域。 方法 采用模压法制备碳纤维改性聚丙烯发泡包装材料,以聚丙烯腈基碳纤维和PP粉末为主体,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,碳酸钙为填充剂,偶氮二甲酰胺为发泡剂,并将氧化锌用于降低温度。聚丙烯发泡包装材料在温度为180 ℃、硫化压力为7.5 MPa的条件下进行模压成型,测定不同碳纤维、偶氮二甲酰胺和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯含量对聚丙烯发泡包装材料力学性能的影响。结果 当PP质量为80 g,碳纤维质量为10 g,氧化锌质量为4 g,碳酸钙质量为20 g,偶氮二甲酰胺质量为1.5 g,DBP质量为7.5 g时,拉伸强度为31.34 MPa。结论 使用碳纤维改性PP为主体的发泡包装材料,可以提高其拉伸性能,在包装材料领域具有较好的应用前景。

      This paper aims to explore the promoting effect of carbon fiber content on improving the mechanical properties of PP foamed material and the influence of azodicarbonamide and dibutyl phthalate content on the mechanical properties of packaging materials, so as to improve the mechanical properties of PP foamed packaging materials and expand its application areas. The carbon fiber modified polypropylene foam packaging material was prepared by the molding method, with polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber and PP powder as the main body, dibutyl phthalate as the plasticizer, calcium carbonate as the filler, and azodicarbonamide as the main body Foaming agent, and zinc oxide was used to lower the temperature. Polypropylene foam packaging material calcium carbonate was used as the filler, azodicarbonamide is the foaming agent, and it was molded under the conditions of a temperature of 180 ℃ and a vulcanization pressure of 7.5 MPa. The effects of different contents of different carbon fibers, azodicarbonamide and dibutyl phthalate on the mechanical properties of polypropylene foam packaging materials were determined. When PP is 80 g, the carbon fiber is 10 g, the zinc oxide is 4 g, the calcium carbonate is 20 g, the azodicarbonamide is 1.5 g, and when DBP is 7.5 g, the tensile strength is 31.34 MPa. It concludes that the use of carbon fiber modified PP as the main foam packaging material can improve its tensile properties. The test results meet the national standards and have a good application prospect in the field of packaging materials.
