      目的 针对家具业和木工机械加工企业现阶段定制梁柱材批量化生产程度低,自动化生产程度不高,生产单件成品成本高,后期人工包装产品依赖度高,包装产品成本高,工作车间环境恶劣差等一系列问题,设计一套新型的数控梁柱材六面加工生产线控制系统。方法 系统采用台达DVP-48EH3系列可编程逻辑控制器作为下位机成为执行单元,工控机主机作为上位机成为运算单元,PLC扩展连接系列配套模块,实现人机交互、模拟采集、数据交换、运动控制等功能,通过生产线各机电模块相互配合动作实现梁柱材的高速、批量化加工生产。对接后续包装工序,利用梁柱材成品后续包装加工。结果 该生产线控制系统具备木材坯料外形轮廓和尺寸自动识别功能,完成了梁柱材六面铣削、刨削和开榫槽榫眼加工要求,完成一件产品的平均加工效率为2.25 min,控制系统故障率低,明显提高了后续梁柱材成品包装率。结论 经过虚拟仿真加工测试实验表明,该生产线控制系统具有优秀的可靠性和稳定性,满足家具产品市场上基于客户订制的多件小批量生产模式的发展趋势,高效快速完成梁柱材订单加工生产要求。

      In view of a series of problems in furniture industry and woodworking machinery processing enterprises, such as low mass production level of customized beam and column materials, low automation production level, high cost of producing single finished products, high labor intensity of workers, poor working environment, etc., the work aims to design a new type of CNC beam and column material six-sided machining production line control system. Delta DVP-48EH3 series programmable logic controller was used as the lower computer as the executive unit, the industrial control computer was used as the calculation unit of the upper computer, and the PLC expansion was used to connect series of supporting modules, to achieve human-computer interaction, analog acquisition, data exchange, motion control and other functions, and realize the high-speed and batch processing of beam and column materials through the coordinated action of various mechanical and electrical modules of the production line, so as to dock the subsequent packaging process and complete subsequent packaging and processing by virtue of the finished beam and column products. The control system of the production line had the function of automatic identification of wood blank contour and size, and completed the requirements of beam and column material six-sided milling, planing and mortise processing. The average processing efficiency of a product was 2.25 min, the failure rate of the control system was low, and the packaging rate of subsequent beam and column products was significantly improved. The virtual simulation processing test results show that the control system of the production line has excellent reliability and stability, meets the development trend of multi piece and small batch production mode based on customer customization in the furniture market, and completes the beam and column material order processing production requirements efficiently and quickly.
