      目的 采用柑橘皮渣制备改性吸附剂,使作为农业废弃物的柑橘皮渣成为环境友好型材料。方法 以柑橘皮渣、壳聚糖为材料,魔芋胶作为絮凝剂,span 80作为乳化剂,液体石蜡为分散剂制备柑橘皮渣改性吸附剂,将牛血清白蛋白作为模拟废水中的蛋白,研究柑橘皮渣改性吸附剂对牛血清白蛋白的吸附效果,探究吸附时间、温度、pH值对吸附效果的影响,通过建立吸附模型,对吸附过程进行分析。 结果 最佳吸附温度为40 ℃,最佳吸附时间为2 h,在牛血清白蛋白初始质量浓度为1 mg/mL时,最大吸附量为293.15 mg/g。结论 将作为农业废弃物的柑橘皮渣制备成改性吸附剂,可以提高农产品加工贮藏过程中废弃物的利用率。

      The work aims to prepare modified adsorbent through citrus peel residue, to make agricultural w aste an environmentally friendly material. With citrus peel residue, chitosan as raw materials, konjac gum as flocculant, span80 as emulsifier, liquid paraffin as dispersant, modified adsorbent of citrus peel residue was prepared. With bovine serum albumin as simulation wastewater, the effect of citrus peel slag modified adsorbent on adsorption of bovine serum albumin was studied, to explore the effect of adsorption time, temperature and pH on the adsorption, establish adsoption model and analyze the adsorption process. The results showed that the optimal adsorption temperature was 40 ℃, the optimal adsorption time was 2 h, and the maximum adsorption capacity was 293.15 mg/g when the initial concentration of BSA was 1 mg/mL. Preparing modified adsorbent with citrus peel residue which is deemed as agricultural waste can increase the utilization rate of waste during the processing and storage of agricultural products.
