| 目的 介绍几种气体调控研究进展，为微环境气体调控贮藏果蔬提供一定的思路和依据。方法 综述气体调控应用气体范围、设备设施，以及国内外研究进展，并对我国气调贮藏果蔬的未来进行展望。结果 气调贮藏是目前国际上一种比较先进的果蔬贮藏手段，但在我国由于起步晚、设备成本和普及度等方面的问题制约了其进一步的发展。结论 微环境气体调控保鲜果蔬是未来果蔬贮藏的发展方向和研究热点，融合多元信息的气体调控越来越受到国内外研究者的青睐。 |

| The work aims to introduce the research progress of several gas regulations and provide certain ideas and basis for the regulation and storage of fruits and vegetables by microenvironment gas. The application range, equipment and facilities of atmosphere modification and control, as well as the research progress at home and abroad were summarized, and the future of controlled atmosphere storage of fruits and vegetables in China was prospected. The modified atmosphere storage was a relatively advanced storage method for fruits and vegetables in the world, but its further development in China was restricted due to problems such as late start, equipment cost and popularity. The microenvironment atmosphere modification for the preservation of fruits and vegetables is the development direction and research hotspots in the future. The controlled atmosphere technique integrating multi-information is more and more favored by researchers at home and abroad. |
