      目的 为了实现配料称量过程的自动化控制,数据的实时监控,提高配料环节的生产效率以及称量包装精度。方法 设计基于现场总线DeviceNET的自动称量配料控制系统,控制系统核心采用欧姆龙CJ1M-CPU13 PLC以及电源、I/O等模块相组合的方式,实现对称量配料过程的自动控制。通过DeviceNET现场总线对远程称量仪表数据进行采集,并将数据通过总线传送到下位机PLC中进行处理,并由PLC发出各种控制命令,管理级PC与PLC通过以太网实现通信。结果 实验结果表明,所提出的控制方法能够有效提高称量配料精度,称量误差能控制在±3 g以内。结论 该控制系统具有稳定性强、成本低、可编程能力强等优点,大大提高了配料称量包装精度,并实现了对数据进行实时监控。

      The work aims to realize the automatic control of the batching weighing process and the real-time monitoring of the data, and improve the production efficiency of the batching link and the weighing and packaging precision. The automatic weighing batching control system based on DeviceNET fieldbus was designed. The core of the control system combined OMRON CJ1M-CPU13 PLC, power supply, I/O and other modules to achieve the automatic control of weighing and batching process. The data of remote weighing instrument were acquired through the DeviceNET fieldbus, and then transferred to the lower computer PLC by the bus for the processing, and all kinds of control commands were sent by the PLC. The management-level PC and the PLC communicated through Ethernet. The experimental results showed that the proposed control method could effectively improve the weighing batching precision, and the weighing error could be controlled within ±3 g. The control system has the advantages of strong stability, low cost and strong programmable ability. It greatly improves the batching weighing precision, and realizes the real-time monitoring of data.
