      目的 采用石墨烯纳米片对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)进行改性,以提高其耐热性能和力学性能。方法 采用熔融共混法制备PBT/石墨烯纳米片(MLGN)纳米复合材料,通过DSC、SEM、DMA、耐热性能及力学性能测试,研究石墨烯纳米片对PBT性能的影响。结果 石墨烯纳米片具有明显的异相成核效果,显著降低了PBT的结晶活化能,加入质量分数为1%的石墨烯纳米片后,结晶活化能降低了66.2%,加入2%后降低了72.8%;石墨烯纳米片与PBT分子链间具有较强的相互作用,有利于提高PBT的结晶峰值温度、玻璃化转变温度、维卡软化温度和拉伸强度。当MLGN质量分数为2%时,玻璃化转变温度提高了1.7 ℃,维卡软化温度提高了8.8 ℃,拉伸强度提高了17%左右。MLGN的质量分数在2%以内对冲击强度没有影响。结论 石墨烯纳米片能明显改善PBT的耐热性能和力学性能。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to modify PBT with multilayer graphene to improve its heat resistance and mechanical property. PBT/multilayer graphene (MLGN) nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of multilayer graphene on the properties of PBT were studied by the tests of DSC, SEM, DMA, heat resistance and mechanical properties. MLGN had obvious het-erogeneous nucleation effect, which significantly reduced the crystallization activation energy of PBT by 66.2% after adding 1% MLGN and by 72.8% after adding 2%. MLGN and PBT had strong interaction between the molecular chains, which was conducive to the improvement of peak temperature of crystallization, glass transition temperature, Vicat softening temperature and tensile strength. When the mass fraction of MLGN was 2%, the glass transition temperature increased by 1.7 ℃, the Vicat softening temperature increased by 8.8 ℃ and the tensile strength increased by about 17%. There was no influence on impact strength when the mass fraction of MLGN was within 2%. MLGN can significantly improve the heat resistance and mechanical properties of PBT.
