目的 通过研究烫金温度、压力和时间等工艺条件不同时对水性油墨印品烫金图案抗氧化性能的影响,以提高印品烫金质量。方法 实验研究并制备适合烫金的水性黑色油墨,通过凹版印刷在单面铜版纸表面采用不同的烫金条件进行烫印,研究烫金图案的抗氧化性能。结果 当烫金温度为100 ℃、烫金时间为2 s、烫金压力为4 N时,水性油墨印品烫金图案抗氧化性能最佳。结论 烫金温度、时间、压力对水性油墨印品烫金图案抗氧化性能影响较大。 |

The work aims to study the effect of different process conditions (such as hot stamping temperature, pressure and time) on the anti-oxidation performance of hot stamping patterns in water-based ink prints, so as to improve the hot stamping quality of prints. The experimental study and preparation of a water-based black ink suitable for hot stamping were conducted. Through the gravure printing, hot stamping was done on the surface of single-sided coated paper under different conditions. The anti-oxidation performance of hot stamping patterns was studied. When the hot stamping temperature was 100 ℃, hot stamping time was 2 s and hot stamping pressure was 4 N, the anti-oxidation performance of hot stamping patterns in water-based ink prints was the best. The hot stamping temperature, time and pressure have greater effects on the anti-oxidation performance of hot stamping patterns in the water-based ink prints. |
