      目的 验证OSB板材能否用于托盘的制作,以及OSB板托盘在叉举过程中的应力应变情况。 方法 通过Solid Edge建立使用钢钉模型进行连接的OSB板托盘模型,并使用软件内的NX Nastran仿真模块对托盘模型进行有限元分析,得出托盘叉举工况下的应力应变分布图,同时对OSB板托盘进行叉举试验。结果 通过对OSB板托盘进行有限元仿真分析和实际实验,得出在6.5 kN载荷下,仿真分析的最大变形量为16.75 mm,实际实验的最大变形量为18.2 mm,两者数值近似,验证了有限元分析的有效性。结论 确认了OSB板托盘的实用性,以及在托盘设计阶段使用有限元法对托盘性能进行分析验证与优化的可行性。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to verify whether the OSB board can be used for the production of the pallet, and verify the stress and strain of the OSB board pallet during the forking. The model of OSB board pallet that was connected with the steel nail model was established by Solid Edge. The finite element analysis on the pallet model was carried out by the NX Nastran simulation module in the software. The stress and strain distribution diagram under the pallet fork condition was obtained and the fork test on the OSB board pallet was done. Through the finite element simulation analysis and practical experiment of the OSB board pallet, the maximum deformation of the simulation under the load of 6.5 kN was 16.75 mm, and the maximum deformation of the actual experiment was 18.2 mm. The two values were approximate, which verified the validity of the finite element analysis. The practicality of the OSB board pallet and the feasibility of analysis, validation and optimization of pallet performance in the finite element method at the pallet design stage are confirmed.
