      目的 以聚乳酸(PLA)为原料,添加纳米二氧化钛(Nano-TiO2)来制备新型可生物降解抗菌包装材料。方法 将抗菌剂Nano-TiO2添加到PLA中,采用溶液流延法制备Nano-TiO2/PLA抗菌薄膜。测试该抗菌薄膜的抑菌性、力学性能、透湿性,并用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射测定等手段对改性结果进行评估。结果 当Nano-TiO2的质量分数为4%时,抗菌薄膜对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为90.27%,其拉伸强度为23.2 MPa,断裂伸长率为2.2%,透湿系数为2.3×10‒13 g•cm/(m2•s•Pa)。结论 Nano-TiO2/PLA抗菌薄膜具有优良的抑菌效果,可用于食品、药品等产品的包装。
英文摘要:
      This work aims to prepare a new biodegradable antibacterial packaging material by polylactic acid (PLA) added with nano-titanium dioxide (Nano-TiO2). Antibacterial agent Nano-TiO2 was added into PLA to prepare Nano-TiO2/PLA antibacterial film by solution casting method. Antibacterial rate, mechanical property and moisture permeability of the antibacterial film were tested. The modification results were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. When the mass fraction of Nano-TiO2 was 4%, the antibacterial rate of the antibacterial film against staphylococcus aureus was 90.27%; its tensile strength was 23.2 MPa; its breaking elongation was 2.2%; and its water vapor permeability coefficient was 2.3×10‒13 g•cm/(m2•s•Pa). Nano-TiO2/PLA antibacterial film has excellent antibacterial effect, and can be used for food, medicine and other packaging.
