      目的 易碎盖研制的关键在于结构及预制应力刻槽优化设计,解决易碎盖既满足强度要求、又达到理想破碎效果的技术难题。方法 针对某型号贮运发射箱易碎盖技术要求开展结构设计,通过设置弱化槽并配合泡沫材料的拉压不对称性实现其正反2个方向的承压要求,通过改变弱化槽深度进行等强度槽设计,实现多碎片同步破坏与碎片数量控制。结果 样件经静压、燃气动压冲盖实验,承压及破碎性能满足指标要求,盖体边缘弹翼滑过处没有残余物,齐根断情况良好,盖体碎块较小。表明易碎盖结构设计合理,性能满足要求。结论 建立的方法和研究结果为易碎盖的设计应用提供了参考依据。

      The work aims to solve the technical problem that the fragile cover can both meet the strength requirements and achieve the desired breaking effect with the key to developing the fragile cover, the structure and optimal design of prefabricated stress groove. Aiming at the technical requirements of frangible cover used for a certain type storage launch box, its bearing requirements in forward and reverse directions were achieved by setting the weakening groove and coordinating with the tension-compression asymmetry of foam materials. The equi-strength groove was designed by changing the depth of weakening groove, so as to achieve the desynchronizing of multiple pieces and control the number of pieces. After the sample pieces were subject to cover punching experiments with static pressure and gas dynamic pressure, the pressure-bearing and crushing performances met the index requirements. There were no residues at the place slid by the missile wing at the cover edge. The cut-off from roots was good and the cover fragments were quite small. In such case, it indicated that the structural design of the fragile cover was reasonable and the performance met the requirements. Therefore, the methods and research results herein provide a reference for the design and application of the fragile cover.
