| 目的 针对空箱调运问题，找出影响可折叠集装箱使用的关键因素。方法 利用因素分析法、整数规划法对标准集装箱和可折叠集装箱的总成本及影响因素进行分析，影响因素包括运输成本、折叠/展开成本、运输能力、存储成本及租箱成本等。结果 租箱成本是影响可折叠集装箱使用的关键因素，当租箱成本降低10%以上时，使用可折叠集装箱比标准集装箱具有明显的经济性。结论 可折叠集装箱的使用受多种因素的影响，在一定条件下使用可折叠集装箱优于标准集装箱。 |

| The work aims to work out the key factors influencing the foldable container with respect to the problems with empty container reposition. The total costs and factors of standard and foldable containers were analyzed by factor analysis and integer programming. The influencing factors included the transportation cost, the container leasing cost, the liner transportation capacity, the inventory storage cost and the folding/unfolding cost. The leasing cost was the key factor to influence the use of foldable container. When the leasing cost was decreased by over 10%, the use of foldable container was more economical than standard container. In conclusion, the use of foldable container is influenced by many factors. Under certain conditions, foldable container is much better than standard container. |
