      目的 为了确定盒中袋灌装阀阀道结构以及阀芯下降高度,对盒中袋灌装阀进行流体流场仿真计算。 方法 运用 Fluent 软件对盒中袋灌装机的灌装阀阀道结构进行流场分析,根据流速场以及压力场的分布,找出应力集中区域,进行了结构优化;再运用 Fluent 软件对阀芯下降不同高度数值后,进行模拟仿真,根据阀芯下降不同高度时流速场与压力场的变化,找出最佳高度。 结果 得到了优化的结构工艺参数以及合适的阀芯下降高度。 结论 阀型拐角θ1 和θ2 为 30°,阀芯下降高度为 3 mm 时,物料在阀道中的流动状态最合适。
英文摘要:
      In order to determine the structure of valve pipe and descending height of valve core, fluid flow of the filling valve of BIB was analyzed and calculated. Flow field analysis was conducted for the structure of bag-in-box valve by Fluent software to find out the stress concentration area based on the distribution of velocity field and pressure field and optimize the structure. Then analog simulation was carried out after the valve core descended for different heights by the Fluent software to find out the best height according to the change in velocity field and pressure field. When θ1 and θ2 were at 30°, the valve core descended for 3mm, and materials flowed at the best conditions in the valve pipe. Therefore, to get the descending height at 3 mm, θ1 and θ2 are set at 30°.
