      目的 研发基于喷墨印刷技术的滚筒式生物芯片点样仪的组合压电喷头,介绍组合喷头的设计及其连续制备生物芯片的方法。 方法 该方法采用组合式压电喷头代替传统的单针头;用连续点样方式代替传统静态点样方式;用多样品同时喷点方式代替单个样品喷点方式,采用基于 ARM9 S3C2416 微处理器的触摸屏控制器来控制系统的运动,最后用激光跟踪仪测量了喷头连续制备生物芯片的精度。 结果 定位精度为 8 μm,重复精度为 5 μm,满足精度要求。 结论 提供了一种结构简单、方法可靠、精度高、性价比高的生物芯片制备方法。
英文摘要:
      A combination piezoelectric nozzle of a roller biochip microarrayer based on inkjet printing technology was researched and developed, and the design of combination nozzle and the method for continuous biochip preparation using this nozzle were emphatically described. This method used the combination piezoelectric nozzle instead of the traditional single needle, continuous spotting instead of the traditional static spotting, and simultaneous spraying of multiple samples instead of spraying of single sample. A touch screen controller based on ARM9 S3C2416 microprocessor was used to control the motion of the system, finally, the accuracy of continuous preparation of biochip using the nozzle was tested by a laser tracker. The test results showed that the positioning accuracy was 8 μm and the repeatability accuracy was 5 μm, which both met the accuracy requirement. This article provides a new method to prepare biochips with simple structure, reliable method, high accuracy and high cost-effectiveness.
