      目的 综述腌制蔬菜领域自动化包装技术的研究进展。 方法 结合腌制技术的特点,阐述了该领域自动化包装设备的国内外发展现状及计量、封口等关键包装技术,并展望了自动化创新技术的拓展应用。 结论 旨在提升相关领域的自动化、信息化、智能化水平,发扬创新精神,引导企业转型升级,促进经济的长远健康发展。
英文摘要:
      The research progress in automated packaging technologies in the field of pickled vegetable was reviewed. Combining with the characteristics of pickling technology, this paper introduced the domestic and foreign development situation of automated packaging equipment and the key pickling technologies such as measuring and sealing. In addition, some expanded applications using innovative automation technologies were prospected. The research achievement has important significance for raising the level of automation, informationization and intelligentization of the related areas, carrying forward the spirit of innovation, guiding the transformation of enterprises and promoting long-term healthy development of the economy.
