      目的 研究空投水袋 200 m 高空的跌落冲击过程,验证双层超弹性材料包装方案的可行性。 方法基于 Ansys/LS-DYNA 软件平台,以盛装 5 kg 饮用水的水袋为例,采用数值模拟的方法研究着陆冲击过程中水袋主要力学参数的微观变化过程,包括形状变化、节点速度及应力的变化过程,并模拟出水袋着陆冲击的破坏情况。 结果 水袋四周的形状、节点速度及应力参数均在着陆瞬间发生急剧变化,直至水袋破裂。 结论 着陆瞬间液体向四周的急剧扩散是水袋破坏的主要原因,而且着陆时水袋侧面是最容易破坏的部位。双层超弹性材料的包装方案还不能满足饮用水 200 m 高空的空投包装需求。
英文摘要:
      This work aimed to study the impact process of water bag that air-dropped from 200 m high-altitude, and test the feasibility of the packing project of double layers super elastic material. Based on the software platform of Ansys/LS-DYNA, a water bag filled with 5 kg drinking water was taken as an example, and the method of numerical simulation was used to study the microscopic changes of main mechanical parameters of the water bag in the process of landing and impacting, including the changing process of shape, the nodal speed and the stress. The water bag’s landing and impacting damages were also simulated. Sharp changes in the shape around the water bag, the nodal speed and the stress parameters occurred at the landing moment till the water bag was broken. The main cause for the destruction of water bag was that the liquid spread rapidly and sharply at the landing moment, moreover, the side face of water bag was the most easily damaged part. The packaging scheme of double-layer superelastic material could not yet meet the packaging need of drinking water air-dropped from 200 m high-altitude.
