      目的 研究金属食品罐内涂材料中双酚 A 的迁移。 方法 采用 HPLC-FD 和 GC-MS 法对食品罐内涂中双酚 A 迁移进行分析。结果 在检测双酚 A 迁移的实验中,HPLC 法回收率范围为 92.6%~102.4%,线性相关系数为 0.9998,精密度为 4.0%,质量浓度的检测限为 1.2 μg/L; GC-MS 法回收率范围为84.8%~103.2%,线性相关系数为 0.9944,精密度为 4.5%,质量浓度的检测限为 0.03 mg/L。参考相关文献对分别采用 HPLC-FD, UPLC-DAD, GC-MS, UPLC-MS 检测双酚 A 迁移量的 4 种方法进行了对比分析。 结论 HPLC-FD 法具有检测限低、精密度高、随机误差小、稳定性好、适用范围广、前处理简单以及检测成本低廉等优点,是双酚 A 迁移的首选检测方法。
英文摘要:
      This work aimed to study the migration of BPA from the inner coating of metal food cans. HPLC and GC-MS were used to determine the migration of Bisphenol A in the inner coating of the food cans. For HPLC method, the recovery was 92.6%~102.4%, the linear range was 0.02~50 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998, the degree of precision was 4.0%, and the detection limit was 0.0012 mg/L. For GC-MS method, the recovery was 84.8%~103.2%, the linear range was 0.05~200 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9944, the degree of precision was 4.5%, and the detection limit was 0.03 mg/L. These two methods were compared with UPLC-DAD and UPLC-MS methods based on the protocols described by the literatures. The HPLC-FD method had the advantage of low detection limit, high precision, small random error, high stability, wide application range, simple sample preparation and low testing cost. Therefore, it was the preferred method for the determination of BPA migration.
