      目的 对纸盒灌装设备的吸包机构凸轮型线进行优化。方法 通过对机构自由度的研究, 得出吸包头运动与凸轮型线为一一对应关系, 基于此对吸包机构进行基于ADAMS的仿真, 得到不同时间组合下凸轮的理论型线, 通过对凸轮型线压力角和曲率进行分析, 获得最优凸轮型线。结果 对比发现,优化后凸轮型线的位移、 速度、 加速度曲线过渡部分更加光顺, 悬停吸包时速度和加速度均为0, 吸包过程可靠性高。结论 基于ADAMS的凸轮型线逆向求解优化方法可行, 结果可信度高。

      This study aimed to optimize the cam profile of gripping pack mechanism. The one-to-one relationship between movement role of the top of the mechanism and the cam profile was obtained by analyzing the degree of freedom. The simulation study was carried out by using ADAMS based on the one-to-one relationship. The cam theory profiles of different combination of time were recorded. The optimal cam theory profile parameter was achieved by researching the pressure angle and curvature. After the optimization, the transition parts of displacement curve, speed curve and acceleration curve were more fairing. The speed of hovering absorbing pack was zero, indicating the improvement of reliability. Taken together, reverse optimum design for gripping pack mechanism based on ADAMS is feasible, which showed highly reliable result and apparent effect.
