      目的 设计基于ARM的飞刀式纸护角定长剪切控制系统。方法 提出一种飞剪式新型纸护角定长剪切控制方案, 由1台伺服电机带动偏心轮运转, 使切刀在1个圆周运动轨迹内完成同步跟踪,并对纸护角剪切; 嵌入式控制器以 ARM9 S3C2416 为 CPU 的工业触摸屏, 以集成输入输出口(I/O 端口)实现纸护角定长剪切的高精度控制; 软件由触摸屏人机交互界面和底层驱动程序构成, 实现产品参数设置、 运行状态监视和伺服报警显示等。结果 设计的基于ARM的飞剪式定长剪切控制系统满足控制要求, 实现了对不同进料速度和不同厚度的纸护角进行定长(剪切长度可设定)剪切。结论 系统的实时性好、 自动化程度高、 性能稳定、 人机交互性好和可靠性高, 可广泛适用于多种纸护角的定长剪切。
英文摘要:
      According to the control requirements, the control system of the rotary paper angle bead machine was designed. A new type of control system of rotary paper angle bead machine was put forward. In this system, one servo motor drove the eccentric wheel, making the cutter finish synchronous tracking in one circular motion and cutting the paper angle bead. The embedded controller with ARM9 S3C2416 as the industrial touching screen for CPU and integration of input and output (I/O port) achieved the highly precise control of cutting of paper angle bead with fixed-length. The software consisted of a touching screen for man-machine interface and a underlying driver, which could implement setting of product parameters, monitoring of operating state and alarm display of other servo motors, etc. The control system based on ARM was designed which met the control requirement and achieved fix-length cutting of paper angle bead at different feed rates and of different thicknesses. The practical application proved that the control system was of high automaticity, good human-machine interaction and high reliability. It can be widely applied to a variety of products.
