      目的 分析流通过程中的跌落冲击数据。方法 利用美国拉斯蒙特公司的现场跟踪记录仪, 记录流通过程中跌落冲击等环境数据, 并结合配套软件 SaverWare 的图表分析, 应用冲击响应谱理论研究更加合理的包装设计。 结果 完成了缓冲包装设计运输环境数据的采集, 省去了破坏性试验步骤, 数据的采集更合理, 更有针对性。结论 利用冲击响应谱原理, 使缓冲包装设计以防护冲击响应为目的, 避免了包装设计过于保守而造成的过度包装, 降低了包装成本。
英文摘要:
      This paper analyzed the data of dropping and shocking during circulation. The field tracing recorder from Lansmont Corporation was used to record environmental data such as shocking and dropping during circulation to explore more reasonable packaging design in combination with the supporting SaverWare for chart and excel analysis and the theory of shock response spectroscopy. The data collection of cushioning packaging design in transportation environment was completed and this experiment saved the step of destructive test. The data collection was more reasonable and specific. The application of the principle of shock response spectrum theory took protection from impulse response as the target of cushioning packaging design, avoided excessive packaging due to conservative design, thus reducing the packaging cost.
