目的 研究随机缺陷对蜂窝纸板承载及缓冲性能的影响。方法 通过预制不同胞壁移除比的蜂窝纸板, 采用准静态压缩试验, 得到其应力-应变曲线、 胞壁移除比与蜂窝纸板缓冲系数之间的关系曲线和初始峰应力及能量吸收曲线, 并依据试验结果, 分析缺陷率对蜂窝纸板承载与缓冲性能的影响。结果 随着胞壁移除比的不断增加, 材料的缓冲系数不同程度增加, 缺陷会显著降低初始峰值应力, 能量吸收性能呈现下降趋势。结论 为产品包装优化设计提供了依据。 |

This experiment studied the effect of random defect on the load capacity and cushion properties of honeycomb paperboard. In this experiment, prefabricated honeycomb cardboards with different cell-wall removing ratios were prepared, and the quasi-static compression test was conducted to obtain the stress-strain curve, the relationship curve of cushioning coefficient and cell-wall removing ratios and the cover of initial peak stress and energy absorption. Based on the test results, the effect of defect rate on the load capacity and cushion properties of honeycomb paperboard was discussed. The results indicated that with the increase of cell-wall removing ratios, the material cushioning coefficient was increased in different degrees, defects would significantly decrease the initial peak stress, and the energy absorption properties tend to decline. This experiment provided a basis for optimized design of product packaging. |
