      目的 解决铝箔凹印过程中的质量问题, 完善凹印工艺技术。方法 在分析铝箔印刷适性、 专用水性油墨印刷适性、 激光雕刻技术的基础上, 选择铝箔凹印高速印刷机对印刷过程的质量问题进行聚类分析。结果 铝箔的界面张力大于32 kN/m, 激光凹版100线/cm的网点暗调深度的控制范围为30~35 μm, 水性油墨的黏度为25~35 s (25 ℃, 4#黏度杯)。结论 在验证技术数据的同时, 查明了凹印过程中质量问题的原因, 并提供了解决方案, 提升了铝箔的凹印水平。
英文摘要:
      The aim of this work was to solve the quality problems during the aluminum foil gravure printing process and to perfect the gravure technology. High-speed gravure printing machine was selected for clustering analysis of the quality problems in the printing process based on the analysis of aluminum foil printability, the quality of special water-based ink and laser engraving technology. The surface tension of aluminum foil was above 32 kN/m, the control range of the laser gravure 100 lines per centimeter branches dark color depth was 30~35 μ m, and the viscosity of the water-based ink was between 25 and 35 s (25 ℃, 4# viscosity cup). Technical data was verified, meanwhile the causes for the quality problems in the gravure printing process were clarified, the solutions were provided, and the aluminum foil gravure printing level was improved.
