      目的 研究基于Jenike理论的粉粒料流动性测试及料仓设计。方法 Jenike流动函数和F值为表征参数, 研究3种粒径等级(0.25, 0.5, 1)砂和9组配合比(1∶9~9∶1)干混砂浆的流动性能。选取工业砂浆M5, M10, 由壁面摩擦试验计算料仓结构参数。结果 3种粒径等级砂的F值从10.56增大至21.78,流动性能明显提高; 随粒径增大, 比表面积减小, 颗粒间相互作用显著减小, 粒径增大对砂流动性有促进作用; Jenike流动函数图及F值直观反映9组干混砂浆的明显流动性趋势, 水泥含量增加F值逐渐减小, 流动性能降低; M5砂浆壁面摩擦测试表明, 304不锈钢更适合作壁面材料, 计算料仓结构参数为半顶角42.15°、 卸料口尺寸0.72 m。结论 基于Jenike理论, 较好地表征及评价了粉粒料流动性, 得到一种干混砂浆自动包装机料仓结构设计参数, 对粉粒料包装机设计具有理论指导意义。

      Objective To study the measurement of flow properties of powders and granules based on Jenike theories and hopper designs. Methods The flowability of sand granules with three particle size grades (0.25,0.5,1) and dry-mixed mortar with nine kinds of mix ratios (1 ∶9~9 ∶1) were investigated using the Jenike flow function and F values as the characterization parameters. The industrial mortar M5 and M10 were chosen to design the hopper based on Jenike theories. Results With an increase in particle size, the F values varied from 10.56 to 21.78. Experimental results showed that the flowability of the sand granules could be obviously improved by increasing the particle size, because of the decrease in specific surface area and interaction between particles. Jenike flow function curves and F values could directly reflect the flowability of nine dry-mixed mortars, presenting the flow tendency. Obvious trends could be predicted in the flow function curves with an increase in sand content levels. Wall friction test of M5 showed that 304 stainless steel was more suitable as wall material. The hopper structural parameters (semi-vertex angle 42.15°, outlet size 0.72 m) were obtained based on Jenike theories. Conclusion The flow properties were perfectly characterized and evaluated based on Jenike theories, and the design parameters of hopper structure for dry-mixed mortar Automatic Packaging Machine were obtained. This study is of theoretical guiding significance for the design of powder material auto-packaging systems.
