      目的 研究包装印刷中镭射卡纸条形码印刷质量不合格问题。 方法 以香槟纸烟包产品为例,分析条形码印刷不合格的原因 , 从人员 、设备、材料、方法、环境等 5 个方面分析归纳了影响条码印刷质量的因素, 找出其关键影响因素。 结果 检测指标中缺陷度不合格为 100%。 条形码区域白墨印刷不平整, 未有效覆盖镭射卡纸表面, 导致出现不规则透光点是缺陷度检测不合格的主要原因。 影响白墨印刷平整性的关键因素是白墨水墨平衡和墨层厚度控制。 结论 生产中应按小墨小水原则调节白墨的水墨平衡, 并保持油墨墨层厚度为 2~3μm, 以使白墨印刷平整, 有效覆盖镭射卡纸表面, 保证条码印刷质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the problem of printing quality instability of bar code printed on the laser paper. Methods The causes of unqualified bar code printing were analyzed by taking package products of champagne paper as an example. The factors influencing the bar code printing quality were analyzed and summarized from the five aspects of staff, equipment, material, method and environment, and the key influencing factors were found out. Results The defect rate of unqualified bar code was 100%. The main cause was that the white ink was not printed smoothly and did not effectively cover the surface of the laser paper, leading to many irregular light points on the laser paper surface. The key factors affecting the white ink printing smoothness were white ink’ s water-ink balance and ink layer thickness control. Conclusion The bar code printing quality should be controlled through reasonable regulation of white ink’ s water-ink balance and keeping the ink layer thickness of about 2~3 μ m, to achieve smooth printing and effective covering of white ink on the surface of the laser paper, thus ensuring the bar code printing quality.
