      目的 以三次非线性缓冲包装系统为例, 研究悬臂梁式易损件的跌落冲击特性。 方法 建立悬臂梁式易损件和产品包装系统的跌落冲击动力学模型, 综合应用龙格-库塔法和有限差分法对模型进行数值分析。 结果 算例分析表明, 易损件的位移响应沿杆长方向变化不明显, 加速度响应变化显著;位移和加速度最大值均出现在易损件自由端, 易损件内应力最大值出现在易损件与主体的连接部。结论 易损件最大应力是否超过许用极限,可作为评判产品失效的准则。
英文摘要:
      Objective In order to investigate the dropping impact characteristics of a cantilever beam critical component, a cubic nonlinear packaging system was taken as the study object. Methods A dropping impact dynamics model was established for the critical component packaging system, and the Runge-Kutta method as well as the finite difference method were applied for numerical analysis. Results The example showed that the change in displacement response of the critical component was insignificant along the length direction, while the acceleration changed noticeably. And, the maximal acceleration response and displacement response occurred at the free end, while the maximal stress occurred at the connection between the product and the critical component. Conclusion Whether the maximal stress of the critical component surpasses its elastic limit could be used as a judgment criterion of product failure.
