      目的 通过对包装盒中包装纸、薄膜成分的研究, 分析引起包装盒“水雾”现象的主因 , 找到解决包装盒“水雾”现象的办法, 以提高并稳定控制包装盒的外观质量。 方法 采用气相色谱/质谱联用法, 在不同平衡温度下对包装纸中油墨、光油及薄膜进行成分检测。 结果 五甲基庚烷、15 烷、16烷、 17 烷是包装盒“水雾”的主要物质。 其主要是由包装纸上溶剂油墨产生的 , 而不是光油中产生的, 且 UV 油墨包装纸相对溶剂油墨包装纸较少, 溶剂油墨包装纸中 15 烷、16 烷、17 烷分别为 UV 油墨包装纸的 13 倍、7 倍和 7 倍左右, 宜采用 UV 油墨 1; 随着平衡温度的提升, 15 烷、16 烷、17 烷响应值也随之上升。 结合包装美观度, 为消除包装盒“水雾”, 美容温度宜采用 95 ℃。 结论 通过选择较适宜的油墨和美容温度, 以降低五甲基庚烷、 15 烷、 16 烷、 17 烷的体积分数, 可从根本上解决包装盒“水雾”的物理现象。

      Objective In order to improve and stably control the appearance quality of packaging box, the composition of the packaging paper and film in the packaging box were studied, and the main cause for "mist" of packaging box was analyzed to find the solution. Methods Gas chromatography / mass spectrometry was applied to determine the composition of the ink, gloss oil and film of the packaging paper at different equilibrium temperature. Results Pentamethylheptane, pentadecane, hexadecane and heptadecane were the main substances in the "mist" of packaging box. Pentamethylheptane, pentadecane, hexadecane and heptadecane were produced by solvent ink instead of gloss oil, and the contents of these four kinds materials in solvent ink were higher than those in UV ink, pentadecane, hexadecane and heptadecane contents in solvent ink were about 13 times, 7 times and 7 times as high as those in UV ink. UV ink was therefore suitable for packaging paper. With the rising of the equilibrium temperature, the response of pentadecane, hexadecane and heptadecane were increased, and in order to completely eliminate the packaging box "mist" to improve the appearance of the packaging, a cosmetic temperature of 95 ℃ was suitable. Conclusion The contents of pentamethyl heptanes, pentadecane, hexadecane and heptadecane were reduced through the application of suitable ink and equilibrium temperature, which could fundamentally solve the physical phenomenon of packing box "mist" .
