      目的 针对胶印润版液的排放现状, 研制润版液循环过滤技术及设备, 以实现润版液的循环使用 , 达到节省生产成本、增加工作效率、提升产品质量等目的。 方法 采用双级不同循环过滤装置对胶印润版废液进行循环过滤生产应用实验, 通过测试其酸碱度(pH 值)、电导率、表面张力等印刷生产核心技术指标, 进行过滤前后的对比分析, 研究不同孔径滤芯的过滤效果、对润版液有效成分影响、产品质量的影响。 结果 经孔径分别为 0.5, 1μm的 PP棉滤芯过滤后, 测得 pH 值分别为 5.27, 5.20, 电导率分别为 720, 773 μs/cm, 表面张力分别为 58.45, 58.42 mN/m, 各核心参数均在印刷正常生产要求范围之内 。 结论 结合滤芯的成本及应用实验寿命测试数据, 确定循环过滤装置使用 PP棉滤芯 8 根(孔径 0.5,1 μm各4根),为较佳配置。

      Objective Targeting at the current problems of fountain solution discharge, the technology and equipment of fountain solution loop filtration were developed, in order to achieve production cost savings, high efficiency and product quality improvement. Methods The method of two-stage filtering was adopted to treat fountain solution to promote recycling. The values of pH, conductivity and surface tension of processed fountain solution were tested for analysis. The untreated fountain solution and treated fountain solution were compared to study the filtering effect of filters with different aperture and the influences on the components of fountain solution and the quality of the products. Results The results showed that the pH and conductivity of fountain solution treated by 0.5 μ m PP cotton filter element were 5.27 and 720 μ s/ cm, and those treated by 1 μ m PP cotton filter element were 5.20 and 773 μ s/cm. The surface tension of fountain solution treated by the 0.5 μ m PP cotton filter element and the 1.0 μ m PP cotton filter element was 58.45 mN/m and 58.42 mN/m, respectively. The processed fountain solution met the requirements of normal printing. Conclusion Taking full consideration of all kinds of factors including cost and treatment effects, the combination of four 0.5 μ m PP cotton filter elements and four 1 μ m PP cotton filter elements was the optimal selection.
