      目的 为了给我国探月采样任务中月壤初级包装装置设计提供参考, 对月球表层土壤初级包装装置的受力情况进行研究。 方法 在简述我国月球探测器组成的基础上, 对月球表层土壤采集器所使用的月壤初级包装装置原理进行分析, 并基于土力学原理揭示月壤初级包装筒内径与筒内月壤高度的关系。 结果 通过对月壤筒进行有限元仿真分析, 得到了受压力作用时, 月壤初级包装筒产生的最大应力为 98 MPa,位移为 0.02 mm,二者均出现在包装筒底部中心处。 结论 通过建立月壤在初级包装筒内的受压模型, 揭示了筒内径与筒内高度的关系; 通过仿真分析, 指出了筒底部中心处产生的应力和位移最大,最大应力未超过月壤筒选用的硬铝合金屈服极限,而最大位移可由装配公差解决。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the changes of the primary packaging device under force. The conclusions of the paper can provide theoretical reference for China's Lunar sampling mission. Methods The composition of China's Lunardetector was discussed. The working principle of Lunar soil primary packaging device of surface sampler was analyzed. Based on the principle of soil mechanics, the relationship of tube inner diameter and soil height in the tube was revealed. Results The simulation results showed that the maximum stress was 98 MPa and the displacement of soil tube was 0.02 mm, both occurred at the bottom center of the Lunar soil packaging tube. Conclusion By establishing a force model of lunar soil in the primary packaging tube, the relation between the tube inner diameter and the height in the tube was revealed; the simulation analysis suggested that the stress and the displacement were the highest at the bottom center of the tube, and that the maximum stress did not exceed the yield limit of hard aluminum alloy adopted for the lunar soil tube, while the maximum displacement could be solved by the equipment tolerance.
