      目的 研究钙塑瓦楞的成形温度和速度对单瓦钙塑板的平压性能的影响。 方法 分别在实验速度为 2. 0, 2. 5, 3. 0, 3. 5, 4. 0 m / min 和实验温度为 130,140,150,160,170 ℃ 的情况下,用钙塑瓦楞机将钙塑片材压制成钙塑瓦楞芯纸,将不同成形温度和速度制成的钙塑瓦楞芯纸与牛皮面纸,用自制水基胶粘合成单瓦钙塑板并进行平压实验,最后对实验结果进行分析。 结果 不考虑温度的影响,当钙塑瓦楞成形速度为 3. 5 m / min 时,平压强度为 267 kPa,达到最大值;不考虑速度的影响,当钙塑瓦楞成形温度为130 ℃ 时,平压强度达到最大值 272 kPa;当钙塑瓦楞成形温度为 170 ℃ 时,平压强度达到最小值 220kPa。 将单瓦钙塑纸板与 C 型 3 层、BC 型 4 层、BC 型 5 层瓦楞纸板进行对比,单瓦钙塑纸板的平压强度超出 3 层瓦楞纸板平压强度 202 kPa;超出 4 层瓦楞纸板平压强度 123 kPa。 结论 随着钙塑瓦楞成形速度的增加,单瓦钙塑板的平压强度呈先骤增后缓增的趋势( 最大值为 266 kPa) ;随着钙塑瓦楞的成形温度的增加,单瓦钙塑板的平压强度总体呈减小趋势,但达到一定值(220 kPa) 后不再减小。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effects of calcium plastic corrugated molding temperature and speed on the compression performance of single tile calcium plastic board. Methods At velocity of 2 m / min, 2. 5 m / min, 3. 0 m / min, 3. 5 m / min or 4. 0 m / min and experimental temperature of 130 ℃ , 140 ℃ , 150 ℃ , 160 ℃ or 170 ℃ , calcium plastics sheets were made into calcium plastic corrugated core paper using the calcium plastic corrugated machine. The calcium plastic corrugated papers prepared under different molding temperature and speed were adhered together with kraft paper using self- made water- based adhesive to prepare single tile calcium plastic plate for flat crush test, and the experimental results were analyzed. Results If the influence of temperature was not considered, when the calcium plastic corrugated molding speed was 3. 5 m / min, the compression strength was 267 kPa, reaching the maximum value. If the influence of the speed of calcium plastic corrugated molding was not considered, when the temperature was 130 ℃ , the flat compression strength reached a maximum value of 272 kPa; when the calcium plastic corrugated molding temperature was 170 ℃ , the flat compression strength reached the minimum value ( 220 kPa) . The comparison of single tile calcium plastic board and the 3 layer C type, BC type, BC type 4 layer 5 layer corrugated cardboard showed that the press strength of flat plastic cardboard with single tile was by 202 kPa higher than that of the 3 layer corrugated cardboard flat; and by 123 kPa higher than that of the 4 layer corrugated cardboard flat. Conclusion The compression strength of single tile calcium plastic plate flat first increased rapidly then slowly ( with a maximum value of 266 kPa) with the increase of corrugated plastic molding speed. With the increase of the forming temperature for calcium plastic corrugated tile, the compression strength of single calcium plastic plate flat decreased, but stopped decreasing after reaching a certain value (220 kPa) .
