      目的 为了改善水性光油的防水性。 方法 通过乳液混拼技术将软硬乳液混合,并以机械共混的方法将蜡乳液、水溶性树脂溶液加入到混拼乳液中。 结果 软硬乳液的质量比为 8 : 2 时,涂膜的表面吸水量最小,当混拼乳液中加入蜡乳液和水溶性树脂溶液时,涂膜的表面吸水量都会降低。 结论 软硬乳液混拼可以有效提高水性光油的防水性,加入蜡乳液和水溶性树脂溶液也可以提高水性光油的防水性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To improve water resistance of water-based varnish. Methods Through blending hard emulsion and soft emulsion in different proportions, wax emulsion and water-soluble resin solution were mixed to the emulsion using the mechanical blending method. Results When the ratio of hard emulsion and soft emulsion was 8 : 2, water adsorption of the coating film surface was minimal. Adding wax emulsion and water-soluble resin solution to the mixed emulsion will reduce the amount of water absorption of the coating film surface. Conclusion Blending hard emulsion and soft emulsion can effectively improve the water resistance of water-based varnish, and the addition of wax emulsion and water-soluble resin solution can also improve the water resistance of water-based varnish.
