      目的 为了确定水性 UV 油墨的制备、表征及其配方。 方法 采用高速分散法将连接料、颜料、去离子水和助剂分散均匀即可制得水性 UV 油墨,探讨了连接料的含量、光固化时间对水性 UV 油墨附着牢度的影响,以及光引发剂用量、墨膜厚度对墨膜光固化时间的影响。 结果 连接料的较佳质量分数为 60% ,墨膜的适宜固化时间为 6 s,光引发剂的较佳用量为 2% ,墨膜的适合厚度为 10 滋m。 当m( 连接料) : m( 颜料) : m( 乙醇和水) : m( 光引发剂) = 6 : 1 : 2 . 8 : 0 . 2 时,水性 UV 油墨的综合性能较佳。 结论 该水性 UV 油墨具有干燥速度快、无污染、印刷质量高等优点,可广泛应用于包装印刷行业。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the preparation, characterization and determination of optimal formula of water-borne UV-curable inks. Methods The binder, pigments, deionized water and additives were dispersed evenly through high- speed dispersion method, then the water-borne UV-curable ink was prepared. The influence of the percentage of binder and the curing time on the adhesion of water-borne UV-curable ink, as well as the effects of the dosage of photoinitiator and the thickness of ink films on the speed of UV curing were discussed. Results The optimal percentage of binder was 60% ; the perfect curing time of ink film was 6 s; the first-rate dosage of photoinitiator was 2% ; the most suitable thickness of ink film was 10 microns; the comprehensive performance of waterborne UV-curable ink was the best when m ( binder ) : m ( pigment ) : m ( ethanol and water) : m ( photoinitiator) = 6 : 1 : 2. 8 : 0. 2. Conclusion This water-borne UV-curable ink with advantages of fast drying, no pollution and high printing quality, can be widely used in the packaging and printing industry.
