      数字打样主要以输出调频网点样张的形式再现原稿颜色,无法通过观察网点形态来衡量印刷效果并反映印刷过程中存在的问题。 使用加网后数据控制打印机模拟调幅网点进行真网点打样,实验将色差作为主要质控参数,证明了优化后样张质量得到明显提高,并从网点形态还原、网点传递特性、色彩还原效果等方面对样张进行了分析与评价。结果表明,真网点打样不仅能从色彩方面再现印刷效果,更在网点形态模拟方面具有普通数字打样无法替代的优点,可为客户提供真实可预见的印刷效果。
英文摘要:
      Digital proofing reproduce color through FM dot proof, which can't measure the printing effect or reflect practical problem during printing by observing dot shape. Screen proofing experiments were carried out with data control printing to imitate AM dot. △E was regarded as the major quality control parameter to measure the improvement of printing quality of proof. The proof was analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of dot shape reproduction, dot transfer characteristics, and color reproduction. The result showed that the dot proof can reproduce printing effect from color aspect and has the salient superiority in imitating dot shape which digital proof can't replace, which can offer the true and predictable printing effective.
