      以某汽车零部件企业的出口产品包装为研究对象,在对原包装方案全面分析的基础上,采用气相防锈包装技术,设计了5 种防锈包装改进方案,制作了相应的包装样品件并对其进行实际海运,以各方案的防锈包装效果与包装成本为依据,分析得到了最优的汽车零部件海运防锈包装方案,降低了包装成本,提高了包装作业效率。
英文摘要:
      Export part packaging of an automotive parts company was taken as objective. Five improved VCI antirust packaging solutions were designed based on overall analysis of the old packaging solutions. The corresponding packaging samples were made and tested by practical ocean shipping test. Optimized antirust packaging solution was gained by analyzing and comparing their antirust packaging results and packaging cost. The optimized antirust packaging solution reduces packaging cost and improves packaging work efficiency.
