      针对包装机横封机构高速运行时的振动问题,选用附加配重法作为机构动力性能改善的方法。振动力和振动力矩的完全平衡分析表明,该机构不能够实现完全平衡,并且由机构动力学平衡理论可知,振动力和振动力矩的完全平衡往往会引起其他动力性能的恶化。建立了横封机构的振动力和振动力矩的优化数学模型,并通过MATLAB 进行了仿真分析,得到了数学模型的优化参数,改善了机构的动力性能。
英文摘要:
      Additional counterweight was chosen to improve dynamic performance of traverse seal mechanism of packaging machine and solve the vibration problem at high speed. Complete balancing analysis of shaking force and shaking moment showed that the mechanism can't achieve complete balancing. According to the theory of mechanism dynamic balancing, complete balancing of shaking force and shaking moment often causes deterioration of other dynamic performance. Optimization mathematical model of shaking force and shaking moment of traverse seal mechanism was established. Simulation analysis was carried out by using MATLAB software and optimal parameters of the model were obtained to improve dynamic performance of the mechanism.
