      在考虑油墨黏度对油墨流量影响的基础上,根据流体力学基本理论,对胶印机墨斗油墨流场进行了仿真分析,建立了胶印机油墨黏度、墨键开度与油墨流量的非线性映射关系。 实验结果表明,建立的模型符合客观分析,具有较高的精度,为墨量的精确控制提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Flow field of offset printing ink fountain was simulated and analyzed according to the basic theory of hydrodynamic flow field and considering the influence of ink爷s viscosity on ink flow. Non-linear mapping of ink's viscosity, keys opening and ink flow was established for offset printing machine. Experimental results showed that the model established is in line with objective analysis and has higher accuracy. The purpose was to provide a theoretical basis for precise control of ink.
