      针对重型粉(颗粒)料包装袋市场需求,提出并设计了一种环保型纸纱复合袋糊底生产线。 通过糊底工艺过程分析,合理划分了生产线工位,并进行了机械结构设计。 利用 Inventor 软件三维建模,对关键工位进行了运动仿真,验证了其合理性。 研究表明,糊底生产线能够实现一定尺寸范围的纸纱复合袋糊底过程,具有结构简单、节能高效等特点。
英文摘要:
      According to the market demand of heavy powder and particle bags, an environmental protection type paper and yarn compounded bag bottom pasting line was put forward and designed. Through analysis of bottom pasting process, stations were divided legitimately, and mechanical structures were designed. 3 D models were established using Inventor software and motion simulation of key position was carried out to verify its rationality. The results showed that the production line can realize paper and yarn compounded bags pasting with certain size; it has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, and energy saving, etc.
