      采用溶剂蒸发法制膜工艺,用富马酸作为交联剂,在酸性介质中制备了一系列甘油增塑的大豆分离蛋白 / 聚乙烯醇复合包装薄膜,并对这些复合薄膜进行了 FTIR、拉伸性能、透光性、保湿性和耐水性等方面的测定。 结果表明,交联后,复合薄膜具有很高的拉伸强度,甘油的加入使复合薄膜的伸长率得到显著提升;薄膜显示出良好的透明性,其透光率可高达 88. 6% ;交联剂的使用对薄膜的保湿性和耐水性影响不大,而甘油使薄膜的含水量和溶解率都有明显的增加。
英文摘要:
      A series of composite packaging films of soy protein isolate and polyvinyl alcohol plasticized by glycerol were prepared in acidic medium by using the solvent evaporation method with fumaric acid as a cross-linking agent. The composite films obtained were tested in terms of FTIR, tensile property, light transmittance, moisture content, and water resistance. Results showed that the composite films exhibit high tensile strength after cross-linked along with promoted elongation if added with glycerol; the films has much good transparency with light transmission rate of up to 88. 6% ; the addition of fumaric acid has less effect on the film moisture retention and water resistance while the introduction of glycerol can significantly increase the film water content and total soluble matter contents.
