      使用ADAMS对瓷砖包装线上某对齐设备进行了动力学仿真。首先介绍了该机构的工作原理,然后从SolidWorks中已经设计好的结构开始,详细说明了如何进行模型简化、分类,以及导入到ADMAMS并重新建模、施加约束并进行仿真的方法。最后,计算了实际的气缸受力,并由此确定了气缸的缸径。摸索出了一整套在结构设计结束后对机构进行力学计算的方法,对于其他类似机构的设计具有一定的参考意义。

      ADAMS was used for dynamics simulation of aligning equipment in ceramic packaging line. Working principle of the mechanism was introduced. The simulation method was introduced beginning from designed structure by SolidWorks, which included model simplifying, model classification, imported into ADAMS, remodeled, applying constraint, and simulation. The actual force on cylinder was calculated and the diameter of cylinder was determined. The method of mechanics calculation on mechanism after structural design was established. The purpose was to provide reference for design of similar mechanism.
