      为了满足实际印刷生产中对大面积印品图像进行高速度、高精度配准检测的需要,设计出了一种新的印刷图像检测系统。该系统使用多个CCD同步获取图像信息,并采用CPLD配合PCI总线的方式实现图像数据的采集和传输控制,〖JP2〗并采用了一种新的图像配准算法。系统相关程序和算法由DDK结合VC语言编程实现。实验表明,该系统基本满足了实时性要求,其图像配准的速度更快、精度更高、适应性更强,具有一定的实用价值。
英文摘要:
      In order to meet the needs of high-speed and high-precision registration and detection of large-area images printing in actual printing production, a new kind of printing image detection system was designed. In this system, many CCDs were used to acquire image information simultaneously, and the acquisition and transmission of image data were controlled by CPLD and PCI bus, and a new algorithm of image registration was adopted. The related programs and algorithms of this system were implemented by DDK and VC programming language. The experimental results showed that this system meets real-time need basically; its image registration is faster and more accurate; and its adaptability is stronger, so it has a certain practical value.
