      以芹菜纸为基材,利用喷涂设备,在芹菜纸表面喷涂一层大豆蛋白液,制备了大豆蛋白-芹菜复合纸,并对其力学性能以及热封性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:大豆蛋白液和芹菜纸的复合,使得芹菜纸各个部分性能差异减小,明显提高了芹菜纸力学性能的均匀性,实现了芹菜纸的热封合,平均热封强度最大值为160.560 N/m。
英文摘要:
      Soybean protein-celery composite paper was prepared by spray coating soybean protein on celery paper. The mechanical properties and hot sealing performance of the composite paper was studied. The results showed that the compound of soybean protein suspension and celery paper makes performance difference of each 〖JP2〗part of the paper decrease, which obviously improves the uniformity of its mechanical properties; hot sealing of celery paper was realized, with the maximum average heat seal strength of 160.560 N/m.
